Side lights behind front wheel

What are the side lights behind the front wheel on a 2004 newmar kountry star workhorse. Mine don't work and unable to determine where the switch is or fuse? thanks Art

The "white" side lights are docking lights, the switch should be on the dash console.

I have a white light - which is my security light and works on a switch on the console above the wlak in door. If those lights just behind the front wheel ar on the same switch then I must have problem in wiring or something. Is that correct? Art
