Absolutely happy to help. The Toshiba UMPC was one of the first entrants into the ultra mobile pc market (this before tablets). It is a small pc (running Windows 7). I am running an application (free) on it called VMSpec ( http://www.silverleafelectronics.com/node/330?q=node/6). This product interfaces with the engine monitor computer through a J1939 connector (you will have one under the dash by the steering wheel) through an interface box that Silverleaf sells (about $300) and gives you engine performance monitoring, you can select how the data is displayed and to some degree what kind of data is displayed.

Have fun-Steve

Yes absolutely! In fact I have 2. The coach came equipped with a Trip-Tek system which had tire monitoring as an installed option, but does not work with my toad (it had a different factory installed tpms) so I also use the Tire Minder system on all the tires. The monitor is usually suctioned cupped to the dash.

What is your "10 camera" all about? How does it work? Where did you have it in stalled?
Thanks for sharing knowledge with us.

Sorry RV typo on my part, it is a 10 monitor which displays my rear view and side cameras. For me having the display higher on the dashboard is more inline with my head movements when I scan the mirrors.

Works for me, YMMV - Steve
