I have my Ventana at Beckleys for some warranty work. The gray monitor has never worked. They have to order a new sensor.

A window won't latch, and they apparently can't fix or replace just the latch. They need a new window.

I had 1 floor tile that had a corner pop up. Well, while they were looking at it, they found 6 cracked tiles that I hadn't noticed. It will take 10 ordered tiles ti fix everything since they have to break some good ones to get to the bad ones.

Does the stress of the slides going in and out cause cracked tiles?

I'm almost wishing I didn't have those purty, shiny tiles.
