I have a 2006 DSDP Model 3817 with 3 slides, lately the bedroom slides are making a slight squeaking sound when opening, and might be moving slower than they were before. They work fine, but I am wondering if I need to apply some type to lubricant to the screw? drive. Also what spray should I apply to the rubber seals. Also, what is that clunking noise I hear when the slide comes to a stop after the motor stops? Is that normal?

As far as the slide seals go Newmar says to use talcum powder only.

Here is information on how your slides should work.
There is more information on slides and control units in the Quick Tips link.
As Iron Man says only talcum is necessary.
Have you had bed lifted while slide operates to observe what the noise might be?
Some slides have a screw type drive and the linkage has broken on them.
Check this thread.
