Slide not fully closing

Hi guys and gals.
I need sone techincal help. Today as I prepared to leave a campsite my door side slide would not seat closed all the way. The bottom is about 1.5" from seating and the top about .5" . The rear of the slide is a little tighter but still out farther than the bottom.
I reopened it and when I tried to close it again it would not move. There was plenty of battery juice available. It moved in slightly then stopped. Finally got it closed but not fully as I stated above.

Any ideas?

Your batteries may be to low to get your 12v high torque motor to operate.
You need to plug into a shore line source or run your Gen for a good clean 12v's.
In QT's 1 & 2 there are links in slide section for more information on your slide systems.
All the links below in my signature will help you with your Newmar problems.

Thanks, I will check those out.
The batteries are fine, it was/is plugged in. It's not an electrical problem, it's mechanical.
