2017 Baystar Sport. Was moving full wall slide out and when I got it out all the way noticed the section under dinnette was raised and roller was sticking out. Was able to move slide back in but roller pin is out on one side of bracket. Wondering if anyone else has had a roller come out of the bracket. I guess I'll be calling Newmar tomorrow.

On our Essex we had C clips on the end of the shaft to hold rod in place. What do the other rollers have on the end?

Had that happen on my Dutch Star once, same as yours, one end came out and bent the other end, ordered new roller and installed no problem since.

Yes, not so uncommon. Replaced all the rollers due to 1 failed and the rest due to age, also 90 degree brackets that were bent. Took shop about 2-3 hours. Those pins extending from the rollers are spring loaded. They retract into the roller and pop back out into the bracket once slid into place.
Mind you mine is a 10 year old model.
