I'd start by contacting Newmar to get the correct size, both
length and diameter. Rollers come in many sizes. I got mine
from Thor. And later got another from Cass Hudson who makes
them. They are conveyor rollers.
When we changed the flooring in our Essex had to change the rollers on one slide and found out Newmar has over 100 different rollers. Most rollers can be removed by pushing in on the center pin. You can use 2x4's on the outside of slide out to raise the floor inside to work on rollers. Contact Newmar for details on raising slide inside to work on rollers.
