95 london air livingroom slide very very hard to get over hump going in new motor assy; 2modulars, floor rollers, still takes two big guys to push it in

With all the new parts, have they checked the floor in the lift hump area for some depression in floor if you got new rollers the old ones may have torn something up at floor level as it has to get over that hump.
Check the roof in front of slide behind the face panel the seals may be binding as it lifts.
