I have a 2004 Newmar Scottsdale with 2 slideouts - bedroom and living room. I noticed that when the living room slide out is inside and then moved out - it places indentions in the carpet where the slide rollers were setting. Since I have owned it seems to be worse. Is there some adjustment for this or is this something that I have to live with when owning a slideout? When it was under warranty, I was told by 2 different dealers that there was no adjustment. Thanks ............

Those rollers hold the weight of the slide when it is in. No adjustment. It is what it is.

Folks have slipped heavy plastic, carpet scraps, throw mats, or other materials under the rollers as they are coming in to try to distribute that load and minimize carpet indention. Seems to be marginally effective. I do not do anything about the carpet rollers doing their thing.

Those rollers also scuff and wear indentions in tile/linoleum floors if you have those types of floors. I use plastic table/dinner mats (they tend to grip the floor while the roller goes over them) under my rollers as they come in to prevent the hard flooring scuffing while traveling.
