Huge facility and brand new. Still under construction when we visited it in August but it looked great and in a great location, very easy to get to.

Across from racetrack means just north of Nellis Air Force Base so they should dub this "Area 52" 
One down side of that location for sales is Nevada has a pretty high sales tax (8.1% if google serves me right). Doesn't mean you have to pay that depending on where your vehicle is registered, delivered, etc. And of course many more opportunities beyond sales in that facility. Kudos to NIRVC, they know how to do it all right from what I hear but have yet to experience.

I’ve been tracking this for a while and am looking forward to having a local source for parts and service. It’s been a “desert” out here for any kind of local Newmar support.

I just toured the facility. It’s going to be first class. We reserved a spot. It was a no brainer for us living in Las Vegas. I like the fact that they will be doing Newmar warranty repairs, washing and waxing and storing all at one location. Very convenient.

Anyone know a target date for the opening of the service center? Have a few warranty repair re-dos and don’t want to drive to Phoenix...

Jeff, do you know if they will also be doing chassis service work? My experience with Freightliner Las Vegas has not been positive and I currently have all my Chassis service work done at Freightliner in Tolleson, Az.
A one stop shop would be nice.

TH. That’s a great question. I didn’t even think to ask. I should have. When Jordan’s said full service, I guess I assumed chassis work. If you wanted to, you could call Jordan at 702-473-0070. It’s really a shame you have to go all the way to AZ for Freightliner service. I will have a Spartan so who knows where I may have to go.

He said January. But, my intuition and experience tells me it will be more like February at the earliest. I have the feeling they will be opening in stages.

I remember when a lot of dealers built big new facilities like this in the mid 2000's. Then the RV bust happened. Most went out of business. This RV boom ain't gonna' last forever but it's their money, they can spend it any they want.

If you purchase a coach from NIRV do you get a priority storage space or is there a waiting list. What is the cost of storage?
