Hi ALL!! Just left good ol Nappanee after some warranty pre-expiration tweaks and the 12mo./15K engine/chassi maintenance and once again, we just have to relate how extremely happy we are that we hooked up with Newmar, their rigs, and particularly the OUTSTANDING thoroughness of the guys in their service areas. John Dale, Gene and Randy went WAY beyond simply "good" service.

THANKS NEWMAR!!!!.......YOU'RE WONDERFUL!!

Steve & Lynette

Their great service is probably one of the main reasons they are one of the "survivors". If the "casualties" had taken better care of existing customers instead of trying to outgrow each other, they'd be in OK condition.

STEVE, I am glad to have met you at Camp Newmar.. I also am well pleased with the service I received this past week. I am glad you pointed out to me that my slide cover could use some tightening. When they were tightening it they found some missing screws. So I am happy I had it checked out.. Thanks again Steve for everthing, and maybe our paths will cross again......VACMAN

As a side story, we tow a truck with an Artic Fox truck camper in it. Last week one of the anchor points tore clean out of the floor. As Newmar owners, we did not panic and called the factory. They gave us a local dealer to look at the damage.

The next day we arrived and were amazed to get an email from the factory telling us that we must have hit a speedbump at speed or large pothole and they were not going to fix the damage!!! I called convinced that they must have mis-understood that this is the key anchor point and that it should hold no matter what (we did not hit anything). I was told on the phone that we were out of luck and should call the insurance company.

As I hung up, I realized that I would never have received that response from Newmar. In fact, I would have expected Phil to tell me to head for Camp Newmar during the very first call.

Thank you Newmar!

We too were very impressed with the speed and quality of Newmar's service. Add to that the amazingly reasonable price for out of warranty repairs and it can't be beat!

Just icing on the cake of the wonderful Newmar experience!

Newmar completed warranty work on our MH this month. New sidewalls, new paint, and a few other items repaired. We are so pleased with the results. Newmar most certainly exceeded our expectations regarding the repairs. They even fixed a couple of things we were not aware of. This is why our last 2 MH's have been Newmars.
