Solar Not Working

I just pulled in for the night and saw that my solar was only reading at 12.4 despite being charged all day (??) plus driving.

I looked in the compartment where the box is and see that there is nothing light up ??

I checked around for the 'obvious' ie. something had come disconnected and saw nothing.

Any suggestions ?
