Spartan/Dutch Star Battery Question

I recently purchased a 1998 38' Dutch Star diesel pusher on a Spartan chassis (our first foray into RVs). Over the winter, one of my chassis batteries died, so I disconnected everything and took the old battery in to purchase a replacement. When I went back to reconnect everything, there were two wires that I cannot remember go to which post (alright, I admit I'm an idiot for not marking the wires, but a task that I planned to take an hour doing eventuated into a 2 week adventure). I have spoken with both Newmar & Spartan, and neither one has any idea what these wires are; they keep saying they'll get back to me, and this is now 4+ weeks later. So now I own the biggest paperweight in Tennessee, but I'm really interested in getting it on the road. The two wires are bundled together in their own flexiconduit; one is pale blue-green and has lettering on it that appears to say "3.0mm fusible link". This wire has a yellow crimp connector on it. The other wire is larger, black, and has a red crimp connector on it. If you wouldn't mind, would you pull out your battery tray and see if you have two wires that match these descriptions, and if so, would you kindly let me know which wire is connected to positive and which is connected to ground. I've been told by a local Newmar service facility that the red wire has to be positive (as are the other positive wires going to the batteries), but when I re-opened my tray to install the new battery, the red wire was on the ground side and the other wire was on the positive side, so I'm hesitant to reconnect anything without proof positive that I'm doing it right.
