Speedometer Issue

Took my DS out for a drive and became aware that at 65 mph I was being passed by everything on the highway. When I stopped I notice that the speedometer was not at zero but had stopped at 25 mph. So when I was indicating 65 I was actually going 40. When I shut down after the drive the speedometer stayed at 25 mph. Any ideas what has happened? It's like the dial has spun position.
Thanks in advance.

I have noticed a 2-3 mph difference between the analog speedometer and the digital readout on the Nav system on the NX405 dash entertainment system. I tend to believe the NX405 since I figure it is calculating using gps.

To answer your question...I have no idea

Hi TonyDi,
Time to get the speedo repaired or replaced.
