Spent nearly $300,000 and this is what I got!

My previous Post was removed because I violated forum policy.

I AM IN COMPLETE AGREEMENT WITH RV ONE AND THEIR PRESIDENT AND CEO.

This a factual account of how my wife and I were treated by....

THE ONLY TIME YOUR IN CONTROL OF AN RV PURCHASE IS BEFORE YOU LEAVE A DEPOSIT. I MAKE NO JUDGEMENT JUST FORWARDING RV ONES COMMENTS.

I emailed my sales person and gave him a brief version of what happened to us. Within 24 hours RV Ones C.E.O. Howard Levine called and left a voice mail and apologized. Later Donald Strollo, President and C.E.O. (two CEO’s) called and took the blame for overworking Mark Maylath.
Received two emails from the President of RV One and their CEO.
This what they wrote.

Hello*Mr. Greenberg,
I just want to let you know that our Sales Management Team fo”rwarded me your communication below*so we can improve things faster with Staffing in Iowa.

You aren't wrong.
And I apologize.

Its more my fault than Mark Maylath's.* We put him there without enough staff and overwhelmed him immediately.* This is being corrected.

We owe you better than that.**

Mark's wife passed away recently and he dug*himself into work to the point of being burnt out.* This is something I need to address with him.* *This is*in the process of being....and will be corrected very shortly.

I want you to know I am aware.... and if there is ANYTHING we need to do from here forward please let me or*someone on our Senior Management Team know.**

We want years and years of fun and enjoyment for you on the new coach.* I love that model.* I was one of the first to drive that when it was introduced.* Its amazing!

Please stay in touch... we are at your service.* This is our goal.* We will correct the things we need to.
Thank you,
Donald Strollo
President & CEO

Chuck,

Good afternoon.

I apologize for the poor interaction on Mark's part.

Please contact me at your convenience to discuss your concerns. I will be flying this afternoon and will be monitoring email.

Thank you and have a nice afternoon.

Howard M. LaVine
Chief Operating Officer
RV One Superstores, Inc.

I didn’t have a nice afternoon.

ALL products manufactured have issues/problems etc.
Just look at the number of recalls within the Automotive Industry

What really matters is HOW those issues are addressed and resolved

It appears that RV ONE is not only acknowledging issues/problems but have identified what/how they need to be addressed and that they are willing to correct as needed.

And they did so in Writing.......Kudos

Now you need to followup and put their feet to the fire so to speak and have whatever known issues fixed

Have a nice afternoon

Many people do not realize there are web sites that do reviews for anything you may want to buy.
This one RV REVIEWS is for RV Dealers have not checked RV ONE yet but I am sure there most be some, look to bottom of each review and cust will enter poor or good, lets take a look, not the best to make Newmars lists for service.
There is also additional locations, on NY List and one in FL. I believe.
It doesn't matter what they work on they are cosistant.

Since all the important information has been redacted I have no idea what this is about.
All I can add is that we bought our Ventana from RVOne in Tampa and the salesman was great to work with. But I can't say the same about their service manager. Not going back there!

Your experience is exactly like mine. Read the emails sent from their President and CEO and visualize the circumstances. Their service manager was rude and insulting, but the environment in the service department is TOXIC.
