Spooky sounding

I have a 2012 Canyon Star 3856 (3 slides, two in living area, one in bedroom, and the bath area separates the two areas. The floor of the bedroom is raised 1 step up from the rest of the coach. The bedroom is carpeted and the rest of the coach is laminate floor. Right where the floor enters the bath room the floor creaks.

Any idea what caused this? I have looked from the compartment underneath but the ceiling of the compartment is covered in a plastic so I can't see the bottom of the floor above, I sure don't want to go cutting holes in perfectly good plastic. I am new to the RV life and am living full-time so I notice it every day. I supposed it could be my 6'3" 255 pound size 13's stepping there over and over.

Best guess? What should I do?

Some one may have over flowed the sink and water got under the linoleum or you may have a leaky toilet if a Sealand check the steel band around toilet bowl and tighten to bring bowl and base tightly together.
Check the water line into toilet for a leak.
The base seal bottom of flange seal maybe leaking and mounting screws to floor need to be tighten or you have a sponge floor from a water leak.
All the work is on the bathroom floor not below in compartments.
Never cut the ceiling under floor has all your plumbing in the insulation.

It is a Therford China toilet. I'll have to look it up. There is no water in the bathroom or hallway floor that I can tell and the floor that is creaking is actually above the toilet. Maybe someone with a coach like mine might have an idea.

Could be a seam in the plywood floor that needs to be nailed down to the 2x4's under the floor, the 2x4's are 16" on center and hopefully the seams are over a 2x4 to nail.
Some one a while back had a squeaky floor in kitchen and we had him inject liquid nails and put cement blocks over seam until it dried.
