Need to be in Steamboat in late March. Taking kids skiing. What do think about taking an 07 MADP out there? Doable or deadly?

I believe Greyhound Bus runs a route through there, you might want to check to see if that schedule is seasonal only.

variable, I lived there for 10 years and I'm not sure I would want to drive my MH there in winter. Are you prepared to put chains on your MH?March weather in SBS is quite variable depending on the storm paterns. you might hit a week of blue sky and sunshine or you might hit a week of heavy snows and below 0 temps. Unless you can wait till the last minute and check the weather before deciding, I would make alternate travel plans.

I can wait to the last minute to make the call. I have not desire to screw around with chains, that's for sure.
