Subwoofer location

I found it behind the pull out drawer in center of dash. Now if I could figure out how they wired it up. The xite radio has a dedicated subwoofer connection but it is not connected there. Is there a separate amplifier buried somewhere?

I don’t know for sure, but always assumed it is built into the sub..

If you do learn that it is connected via bluetooth, and you want good sound, then hard wire that puppy. Bluetooth is horrible for audio quality, and you will likely have a micro delay in the signal that will contribute to a muddy sound.
