Tag Dump

I have read the many posts on irv2 concerning tag dump and I am left with one question. The switch to manually dump the air from the tag on our 2013 DSDP, is it one push and the air stays dumped till you reach 8 mph, or do you have to hold the button until the maneuver is completed?

Sorry for such a basic question but this is our first coach with a tag axle

In auto setting, it will dump when you shift into reverse. Otherwise you after to hold the button down to dump the air.

Even if you're holding the switch it will override at 8 mph.

Ok, thanks, that was the answer I was looking for.
Hold the manual end of the button down as long as you want the air to be dumped or until it reaches 8 mph, then return to the auto setting.
