My tag does not automaticlly raise when I put it in reverse. Now on my panel I do have a button that says (TAG DUMP). When I hold this button down I hear air escaping from the tag area. I can hold it down until I can hear no more air escaping. But to the eye nothing ever happens. What I mean is the tag supposed to come off the ground?
P.S. How many %###^&*(^%$ times do I have to hit my head on the point of an open slide before I learn ???

VACMAN good morning, heres a group of threads on tag dump that may help.
Wait until you hit your head on side rear view mirrors with a hat on scar takes a while to heal.

Vacman, The tag on the Spartan chassis unloads, not lifts. Most, I believe, also do not work automatically when reverse is selected. Mine does not, and I consider that a benefit. I don't want the tag unloading everytime I select reverse as many times I'm just backing straight, no need to unload the tag.

Just an FYI when the tag unloads the rear end will drop close to 3 inches.

I just finished installing a new tag release switch that is able to be locked on. It is only to be used in really tight situations, but I did discover the system will re-inflate the tag at speeds greater than 4 mph, but will automatically re-deflate when you drop back below 4 mph.

Thanks guys ,, That is also how my (TAG DUMP) works. What was throwing me off, was I thought I heard someone say that this feature raises the tag off the ground for tight turning at a slow speed. But I guess it only takes the pressure off the tag for tight turns.
