I just bought a 1999 Mountian Aire 3767 and can't find the capacities of the black and grey holding tanks. I thought I brought home all the manuals, but maybe not. The motorhome is still in Ohio and I'm in Tennessee, so I can't look there. Any ideas? Going to be a long wait till the 16th and I can go back bring it home.

Try posting your question on http://groups.yahoo.com/group/newmarowners/. Skip the moderator has many old brochures.

I have the 1999 DSDP brochure but not a Mountain Aire.

Also, post whether you have gas or diesel.

Jimary welcome to irv2 and the Newmar forum.
Your fresh water tank will be split to both sides of your chassis rails 40 gal each your black & gray water will be 50 gal.
I had a 99-MA that had some chassis carrying problems had to add Air-Lift air bags to bring up coach body to ride level. Just be aware that the left side rear tires may scuff the top of wheel well when coach rocks to that side.
A 99-KS had similar problem coach rode to low and added leaf springs all four corners to level that coach. The Ford chassis had problems carrying the Newmar box because of added weight.
Once I added these items on chassis's they both performed excellent. Your coach may already may have these corrections one or the other.
Congrats on your new to you coach enjoy.
Enjoy the forums and post often your entitled to some KARMA when you you ask. Do post often.

Thank You for your responses. I have been reading this forum for a while now and gained a lot of useful information. I checked the suspension while I was looking the coach over, it does not have air bags on the rear, but seems set very level. I will see more when I can get it home and loaded.

Jimary,
I have and 2001 3368 Dutch Star and inside the kitchen cabinet door there should be a list of all spec. weight and holding tanks and model and ser# of all your onboard equipment. when you see your Newmar check it out as it was a great idea Newmar had.I have a friend who owns a Damon which had a fire on the recall ref.he saved the RV but ref. had to be changed out at the cost of $1600.00 which he paid not knowing of the recall. He didn't have ser. or Model# since the ref. was tossed before he new to get the # on it so he may not get a dime out of Dom--tic. That list on the door comes in pretty handy. Good Luck
