Television Mount Release

Newbie question/problem. I’ve tried several searches and cannot find anything relating to my problem.

I just got a 2014 Canyon Star 3940 with TV over the dash and in the bedroom. I am having trouble getting either to work and believe it is due to a wiring problem. To resolve this, I need to get to the back of the televisions to check the connections. This is my problem. I cannot find a latch or handle to pull to release the TV to swing up/down/sideways to see the connections in the back. Newgle has not helped.

If someone can share the trick with me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

They don't swing. Front can be detached, usually there is a panel next to the windshield, behind the TV, that is louvered for ventilation. It is held on with silicone sealant. Run a small paint scraper under the edge, gently.

Bedroom is similar, go up behind the TV and remove the screws.

Make sure the amplifier switch is off for the antenna. Next to the passenger seat. Green light means on.

My Baystar bedroom TVs may be the same as your Canyon Star attachments, bedroom tv bracket is a metal bracket attached to the back of the TV and screws are visible top and bottom into the wood cabinet. The front TV is as previously described, cut the silicon and remove the louvered panel between the windshield and the rear of the cabinet. Awkward but not difficult.
