Hello All,

In this day of folks just wanting to sell you something, when someone goes beyone the norm to take care of a customer they deserve to recognized.

I have a 2001 KS 35LKSA 5th. Delivered in 12/00. I just receintly had a problem with one of my slides and Alan, in Newmar's customer service department, after receiving my e mail and pictures replied to me in less than 12 hours saying he would take care of the matter.

I just want to publicly say THANK YOU to Alan in Newmars customer service department.

I have always had good service the three times I have been to Newmar, also its GOOD to know its still there since the Warrenty has changed to 1yr. "007"

It may be that I just have'nt read all the posts here for different brands, but it seems that only Newmar and its service can prompt a customer to post these positive remarks.

Well they have treated me pretty good!!
It took a while but you have to figure my unit was about 4 years out of warr.
