The good service continues after the sale...

We were lucky enough to purchase a brand new 2011 Mountain Aire from Lee's RV in Oklahoma City this past March. We drove our "old rig" to OK from AZ to make the trade. Our sales rep (Randy) was very helpful with answering all of our questions prior to our arrival and really took care of us while we were there. We were well aware that with any purchase of a new rig there are going to be things that come up and need to be addressed especially with a new model year. Randy connected us with a Newmar service center here in AZ (Orangewood RV) that is a little over a two hour drive round trip from our home. Orangewood has been wonderful to work with but they have had some "challenges" working with Newmar to get authorizations for work. I placed a call to our sales rep and he made a few phone calls and now things are getting taken care of.

I really cannot say enough about how wonderful Randy has been to us - even after the sale. I am sure that if we lived closer to Lee's RV and they were doing the actual service work as a customer I would not see any of these problems because Lee's would just "handle it" and that would be that. Unfortunately that is not the case and Orangewood is stuck in the middle. I think now that Randy has intervened on our behalf things are going to be okay but what a shame - and a waste of MY time as well as the people at Orangewood RV.

I guess my point after all this rambling is that Lee's RV really does stand behind their product and takes care of their customers even after the sale is final. I had read alot about how great Lee's was prior to making our purchase decision but it is nice to know what everyone said is true!
