Just wanted to thank everyone for their advice and feedback so far. The Mountain Aire that we were looking at sold before we could get in and test drive it so we will continue our search . We are a little bummed out but think it's just one of those deals that it was not meant to be.

I am sure we will be back at you with more questions in the near future.

have you googled the year and model you want?...when i was looking for a 4528 model i found around 8 available, that was about 3 weeks ago.. so try google..or if you want to spend about an hour on line go to newmar site and go through the list of dealers and check each dealers web site..

Some dealers are getting rid of most DP's because of down turn.
While others are doing well.

I saw a 2008 mountain aire on the lot today at Tom Johnson today in Marion..no idea if sold or not

I can't tell you how many times that happened to me when I was hunting. A TT would hit Craig's List and I'd call 30 min after the posting and would already be too late. The good one's go really fast.

Got lucky on my TT. The person who was going to see it never showed and the owners called me to see if I were still interested in it. You just never know!!
