Thermostat Operation

2019 DSDP with CCC2 thermostat. We cannot figure how to turn individual units off/on separately. For example when we go to zone 1 and press Off, the whole system shuts off. I'm sure its something simple but we can't figure it out. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks
David

Press mode. This will cycle between cool, fan, heat, furnace, and off.

If you have a 3 zone system then zone 2 will not have furnace.

Furnace is the oasis, hydronic heat. The other heat option is the heat pump.

Red Baron,

That's the sequence that we are doing but when we push OFF the whole thermostat turns off not just the zone. We will try the sequence again to see if we missed a step.
Thanks for the reply.

Dont press the off button, rather cycle that zone to off. Then press zone and do the same for each zone.

The off button turns off the entire system. The off mode turns off the single zone
