Just to let all of you know what a great company this is. We have one of the florescent fixtures just quit a few days ago and anticipating it would be covered under their warranty I sent a photo of the light to Thinlite and explained the situation. They sent me back email and said it didn't look like one of theirs, however if we would mail it with $23.50 they would repair, putting their parts in it and ship it back.

Well, I then called Newmar who at first said Thinlite, then said "let me check". They came back and said the fixture is manufactured by Gustafson (?) Lighting somewhere north of Nappanee and the only way to get a new one is to go thru a Newmar dealer.

So.....even though it isn't their product, Thinlite will fix it for a reasonable fee. Just thought everyone should know.

Good to know! My only real complaint with Newmar is the inablility to order parts from the factory without a dealer(we have been unsuccesful trying three different dealers). We end up finding the OEM and ordering direct.
