Smile Thrilled! Just put deposit on 2017 DS 4369

We are some excited! Put a deposit on our first Newmar, a DS 4369. We pick it up Friday. Buying it from North Trails in Ft Myers FL. (That’s where it was)
This will be the biggest we’ve had; the first tag axle, all electric, flat floor slide, etc. Any advice? Like having it checked out at a FL service place?

Congratulations! You will love it.
Ask for service records. Good to know what has been done with Newmar and the chassis/powerplant for warranty and normal service..

Congratulations, recommend you enjoy it. Might consider having 3yr FL service done.

I haven’t seen the service record yet... dealer says they change oil/filters on engine and generator. Will definitely check what’s been done!

Any experience with “Easy Care” aftermarket insurance? I usually think these are not worth it, but am curious if others have them and they paid off when needed. A five year plan is offered for $4155, but that’s from when coach put in service; maybe 2 years ago.

The 17 DS on a 43ft. Spartan chassis is a special because it has the disc brakes on all 3 axles plus would have the 365 front tires with the 19K front axle. 4369 is the most popular Newmar model and am sure you will have many great trips with this unit. 2016 is when Newmar start using the STAR chassis with the HWH full wall slide. You picked a great company Newmar, the most popular model and floor plan DS 4369 and are now ready to travel.

This one is on a Freightliner chassis, not a Spartan. Can’t always find everything when you buy “pre-owned”!

My wife and I purchased a 2017 DS4369 this past February. It is just a fabulous coach. Drives so nicely so smooth, you will love it. Enjoy. Follow the forum for many upgrades you will get to do now!
