Tire pressure sensors

Which company makes the best tire pressure monitoring system for motor home and a car trailer. Does dutchstar come with them on?
I need one for 8 wheels on motor home and 4 wheels on car trailer

I currently do not have a TPMS on my coach but have been on the hunt for a good system for a while. From reviews by people on this and other venues, I've narrowed my selection down to Tiresafeguard.

Dennis,

I have TST Fow Through Sensors (507) on my coach since 2015. I found them to be reliable. As you know tires and TPMS are very passionate subjects around here. You might want to check out:

There are more threads. Good luck!

Kinda like oil and oil changes...... I know it to be true because I read it on the internet.
Anyway, thanks for the input. I'll add that to my list.

I have the EEZTire TPMS. Highly rated and company is giving a free repeater if you are a Newmar owner. Mine was free.

Tire-SafeGuard for me. No repeater required and 24/7 tech support.

We've used Tire Safeguard since 2008 and, other than a couple early failures that were promptly replaced, have had no issues with them. We have systems for the MH and both cars, one which is used as a toad.

They offer a couple of different display types, I like the small display with the remote mounted receiver, it fits very well in the crowded dash of the cars and unobtrusively in the MH.

We have the repeater but don't really need it.

I installed Tire Traker TT-500. Lifetime Warranty, 12 wheel setup cost $569 and Signal Booster cost $49 for a total of $618. Was told I may or may not need the booster but I just went with it. I want to make sure I am not dragging my toad with sparks flying off a wheel.

Your profile says you have a 2018 Newmar?

His signature line says he is ordering a 20i8. I think he is planning his purchase.

The best sensors are the ones which are mounted inside the tires, but they are expensive to buy and install. Valor is the only supplier I know for the aftermarket for such system. For external sensors my preference is the EEZRV flow-thru system for the coach and the button sensors for the toad. The free repeater makes the system more reliable for the longer coaches.

I have a TST 507 on my rig. Eight on the coach and four on the toad. Only the coach has pass through sensors. I do not have, nor need a repeater. I've had this system for seven years and it has been flawless.
