$$$ to get you coach washed and/or waxed?
I've seen that many prefer to pay for exterior cleaning rather than expending their own energy. Many of us are older or have health issues. My question is what do you expect to pay to have your coach washed? Waxed or polished?

The guy I use charges $2.50 per foot ($100 for a 40' coach) for washing. I haven't had him wax the current coach, but as I recall, he waxed our old coach for about $3 per foot.

I've seen them charge (in Florida) anywhere from $250 - $350. They usually carry their own water, hopefully ionized.
It goes up from there.

I think you mean de-ionized water. And...yes...my detailer has a tank in the back of his work truck to carry de-ionized water.

In the winter in Arizona we have paid anywhere from $40 to $125 for just a wash. I recall one time we paid $300 for was and wax for our 40 foot motorhome.
The $125 wash was in the Phoenix area, the The $40 wash and $300 wash and wax was in Yuma.

Had my 40’ coach washed and hand waxed for $9/ft ($360). Took 4 guys 4-5 hours to complete the job. It was well worth it and will probably have the same crew do it once a year. I’ve done it myself many times and don’t think it’s worth it anymore.

I have paid $40 to $80 for a wash only and $200 to $350 for wash and wax. I just got a quote yesterday, he wanted $350 to wash  and $500 to wash and wax, needless to say I passed.

Here in Tampa I pay about $10.00 a foot for wash/wax, includes awnings and wheels so $400.00. In Houston was $250.00 same job, Anaheim was $575.00. All mobile wash, they came to the CG.
Prices vary based on supply and demand and to some extent available labor pool

For those of you with onboard power washers (I am just a little bit jealous) and deionized water (I am covered here), I was told by the folks at CR Spotless that your water should NOT be soft water. Apparently the minerals added in the water softening process decrease the life of your deionizer resin beads. At least that is the way I remember it.

was just at the FL in Spfld, IL. They have $60.00 for wash and $250 for wash and wax - no buffer. Don't know if all FL outlets offer the same services.
