Tracking a new coach build?

I see people talking about build numbers and tracking their coach through the production process. How is this done? At what stage can you access the information? We haven't seen anything from the dealer or Newmar yet on this. I do have a "Prod. Number" along with an order number and a customer number for our 2018 MADP 4047.

Any help on this will be gratefully received and much appreciated.

Excellent question Jim,

I haven't been able to get any information at all on ours, other then its scheduled from a June delivery date. No Production number. It's possible there isn't anything to give until an actual production date is given. Hopefully someone has more info. Thanks and congrats on your new coach!

Email Newmar customer service and tell them you are looking for your Production Run Number. They will run this down and can tell you the dates it is scheduled to hit Building 7.

Our sales person Kimberly (NIRVC) has been giving us regular updates. In fact she just texted me the other day that our coach should get done by today (1 week earlier than planned). We are just waiting for confirmation when they are going to drive it down here to Texas, given they snow and all.

Call Newmar Customer Service 800-731-8300. Ask for sales. Tell the person you would like an update on your coach and give them the production #. They will let you know where your coach is (production, paint, detailing). And can give dates for completion and shipping (if need be).

I have called several times and my build was moved up by 2 weeks. Currently in paint and will ship out on 2/19.

I maybe requesting to early (June expected Delivery), I emailed customer service and they replied I need to contact dealer or sales department for production number - says this is not something they get until after the unit is registered sold. Will try sales department today. Thanks for info.

That is correct. My production # was listed on docs the dealer sent me. You may have to contact your dealer if you don’t see it on any of your docs.

Alright, after getting very little from dealer. I called Newmar Sales department and was given Production Number - 113286

Now to figure out what it means. LOL. She did indicate its falling about 6/2018
