May not be the proper location for this but since TST sponsors this forum I put it here. Moderators, feel free to move where appropriate.

About 1 1/2 years ago I bought the Truck System Technologies (TST) tire pressure monitoring system for my RV & tow (12 sensors in all). I also got the signal booster as I have a 45' rig & wanted to ensure I had no connection problems.

Over the life of the unit there have been some problems, but always quickly resolved and with no charges (wrench for sensor broke, one sensor died).

On the trip to Maine this spring, however, the receiver reported several tires low and yet when I checked them with a (I think) reliable gauge, they were in fact not low. And then I was getting sporadic readings/no readings.

So, after we arrived I called TST & explained the problems and asked that they be tested/calibrated. And I sent them back.

Couple of weeks went by & no response, so just as I was about to call them a package arrived from TST. When I opened it, to my surprise, inside were 12 new sensors & and new receiver (all upgraded models). In other words a complete new system, no charge.

So, bravo zulu (Navy flag hoist for well done) to the folks at TST> They certainly have the customer service thing down pat.

Pleased to hear it and yes this position is appropriate. You can also communicate with Dan in the Vendor Spotlight at the top of the main forum pages. He posts as "TST Systems" or you can send that name a PM if you care to do so.
