Turbo Sani-con system

Just noticed the leftover 17 LA has a turbo sani-con system and has a connection for a normal sewerline. They did make an opening with the screw on white cover. Salesman said if you had to use this just leave door open. I am calling this wrong. As every other 17 had the screw on opening in bottom of wet bay for regualar sewer hose. Should it have this?

I met an owner of a early 2017 Essex a few weeks back and he had the same issue. He was headed back to Nappanee to have some other warranty work done and had the opening installed. I did not hear what Newmar's response was to this situation but I would call BS on the dealer. My 2017 LADP has it installed, built in Feb 2017. I run my sanicon hose through this opening. I did notice that the Essex had a u channel in the edge of the door to run his sanicon hose through. He was not happy with that setup.

I have the sanicon and the normal hole in the bottom of the bay. You can use either system, quick switch.

This one has the u channel, but I want to have the option of gravity dump, without having to open wet bay door.
