Have a 2002 DP. The TV Power Booster doesn't seem to be working. Is there a hidden fuse somewhere?
Any help will be appreciated!

Is this the red led on a TV selection control box or the red led on a TV outlet wall outlet?
They both have a switch to turn on.
12V should be marked next to a fuse on 12V fuse panel maybe in outside compartment under drivers seat or in over head cabinet in bedroom.
Here is a OWNERS MANUAL for your coach look in sections 4 & 7 for information.

The 12 volt side starts with the main house fuse block.. There may or may not (I think not) be a fuse inside the wall panel with the switch on it. This is NOT the booster (in most cases) But the "power supply" to the roof and the video switch.
From there it travels by coax cable up to the antenna on the roof. Where the booster is located.
Common issues include the connection to the antenn, Take it off nd put it back, cables pulled out of the fittings, and bad cables (there are at least 2 cables and 4 ends one from wall plate to roof, one from roof to antenna 2 ends each)

WA8, there is a red led with switch on that outlet plate feeding the ANT supply.

Does the LED come on when you toggle or push or slide the switch, that is the question .
And yes, there is a red led on that wall plate with the switch on it.

There is no LED light on the wall switch. Switch is located in conjunction with LP switch on same face on the right front beside the TV. Looked at TV on roof and looks like a pretty daunting job to look for the wire connections under the antenna.

Some rigs are wired that way.. In these cases there is a small cube like thing in the coax line with the 12 volt going to it.
Getting at the connections on a Winegard antenna,, is very very easy.

Most Newmar outlets are on wall behind the TV input control box in over head cabinet.
May also have your tape player in same cabinet.

Will take the Video Control Center plate off tomorrow and see what's behind the tape player and TV controller. Thanks guys. Maybe something will jump out at me that's wrong.

I've been in the middle of replacing the front TV with a LED TV. I'll have to look closer but there is a small, chrome box behind the input/output selector box. Has coax going in and out but I haven't looked to see if there's 12V power to it.

You might want to go back up to where the ant wire enters the rubber boot on the roof and there is a connection just under the rubber boot and usually there is enough wire to pull it up to check. I have seen these go bad or break. Hope this is of some help. Jim

Checked connections on front wall of coach and they seem to be all right......will go upstairs and move that boot and see if connections there are secure.
Thanks Jim

Now the power booster is working. Must have been a poor connection on front of coach. Thanks guys for the things to look for.
