Use Single AC 2014 Essex

I park my Essex at my house & plug into a 30 amp service, I tried setting the AC to run in the living room only, I turned off the other three zones but the AC in the front goes on & a couple of minutes later the 2nd one try's to start & this causes them both to shut down. I have always run one AC on my Monaco when plugged into 30 amps.
Anybody else experienced this ?

Sounds like you've got something set wrong on the Silverleaf.

Did you do a special on that unit? AFAIK, the EXDP has three AC units, not four.

Some things amiss with your RV-C system! You should be able to turn the other zones off or at a minimum run up the "turn on temp" to a point that they will not turn on!! Suggest you have your dealer put the diagnostic laptop on your system.

I think he's thinking the bath is a fourth system, which it is not. It's a slave to the BR unit. To the question, I wonder if he's got the LR and BR units turned off on the FRONT Silverleaf? I understand that is the master control pad.

I do have the LR & BR zones off cooling on the front Silverleaf, I thought I should be able to use one AC unit.
I'll add this to my warranty repair list.
Thanks

I do think that something is wrong with the RV-C setup. Call Newmar Hi-Lines Customer Service. They can walk you through the setup and correct how the system prioritizes things.

We had a problem while in freezing temps with the Heat Pumps coming on rather than the Furnace. Heat Pumps are worthless below freezing. Calling Newmar got things corrected. Give them a try.
