While looking at a Ventana today, I talked to the salesman about ordering a 2009 All Star 4154. The salesman pointed out that it has a very large storage area in the back, but because of the mid engine, that's all you get.

I've found a barely used All Star 4154 that I might be interested in. Can anyone tell me about the storage?

Also, does it have the same issue of no footrest for the front passenger?

Do 2007 All Stars have Comfort Steer?

The 2007 All Star does not have Comfort Drive.

In 2007 only Mountain Aire and above had Comfort Drive.

Starting in 2008 all Newmar diesel pushers have Comfort Drive.

No footrest. We added one by changing out the chairs, but DW rarely uses it.

Can't say CD is not a plus, but after 25k miles the Mid Engine drives like a dream even without it.

Not true! You get a small area on the driver's side forward. A large area on the passenger side and a medium area on the passenger side in addition to the gigantic area in the rear.

If you have a chance, could you post some pictures of those storage areas and the chair that you installed?

Did you just order it directly from Newmar?

Thanks!!

The driver & passenger seats ordered from Newmar are the same as the Dutch Star seats.

Go here-ATME 4153 last three photos for storage compartments(on the 4153 we have three more additional outside storage areas in additon to the rear storage outside).

Thanks for the pictures. I see you've done 1 or 2 mods.
