I am currently a member of the Winnebago owners group and drive an '01 Adventurer 33V on Ford chassis (the 310hp version).
I am looking for a 33-35 foot DP upgrade (I pull a 30 ft. glider trailer most of the time), and have spotted several '06 Ventana 3330s for sale. I would appreciate any feedback from someone familiar with these units. My only experience with Newmar products was a walkthrough of an '02 Mountain Aire gasser several years ago. I was impressed with the interior fit and finish as well as the way it was equipped and laid out. Is the Ventana up to the Newmar standard?
I am a little concerned about the short wheelbase (190" wheelbase on the Ventana 3330 compared to 208" on the Journey 34H)) and would like feedback about handling on the road.

SOARSZ not much help here I do know the Ventana coach lineup was increased by Newmar. You should test drive it if your interested. Member " dhole" purchased one but he has it in storage now. Not sure what the DP drive train was either. Maybe someone else will chime in with some more info for you.
