Does anyone own a Newmar Ventana 3933 that is around a 2007 model and have you had your coach weighed when fully loaded?

I am planning to purchase a leftover 07 unit and noticed that the weight distribution from the factory is skewed to the right rear by a fair amount (rear axle total weight 16575 lbs with 7610 lbs on the left and 8965 lbs on the right.

I am concerned that when I load this coach, it will be too heavy on the right rear corner since I will be adding a washer/dryer combo unit in the right rear corner and since the galley and the 4 door fridge is on the right side. I spoke to Spartan and they wouldn't say whether the coach was already unbalanced, but seemed to imply that each side shouldn't exceed half the GAWR in part due to tire loading not to mention axle loading.

I posted a question about this once before, but didn't ask specifically for feedback from Ventana 3933 owners. If you don't own the same coach but have other relevant experience on the subject, please feel free to reply.

This is something the dealer or Newmar needs to correct. You have a valid concern.

Weight has to be evenly distributed when you load your coach. My gas coach is heavy on passenger side because all kitchen, generator, batteries and larger storage compartments are on that side to make things worse when loading.
The two slides are on drivers side with small compartments under.
You have to load your coach after getting it weight and maybe have it done again so you know your as close to being even all around.
This LINK should help some more in why you need to be as accurate as possible. After the coach is built its to late to start rebuilding the coach Newmar trys to keep weight balanced as possible. Spartan supplies the chassis the coach MFG will mess up the weight.

I have my Coach loaded to within 200lbs difference between left and right.
It handles and drives very well. Ride hieght has been set by Spartan.

I would think 1300 lbs is excessive and will or could result in poor handling and tire wear.

I would question the information source for the weight bias, whether it's a misprint or a faulty reading, the weight R to L cannot be that far off.
My 2 cents,
JVR
