Ventana FWS rear portion not flush when retracted -- adjustment??

I just picked my coach up after getting a handful of warranty items taken care of before my warranty expires in about three weeks.

One of the items was the FWS in the bedroom area was not fully extending and was higher than the middle and front of the slide. I could slip my finger tips underneath/between front edge and floor.

Tech adjusted slide stop to let the rear extend further and that seemed to fix that problem, but about halfway home when I stopped for fuel I noticed that the bottom rear of the full wall slide isn't closing flush. The two rear most corners (see circled areas -- that was a stock photo, just showing location).

I didn't measure, but I figure it's about a 1/4" to 1/2" short of flush.

I've spent about an hour googling and I can't figure out if this can be adjusted with the slide stop not, or if the transtorque bushing needs to be loosened (or both). The dealer is 4.5 hours away, so ideally I can fix this myself.

Also, If it's not completely flush, is this a lead hazard whether parked or stationary in rain? If it is, and it isn't an easy fix, and just adjusting the slide stop will revert it to my other problem (not extending fully), should I do that until I get back to the dealer?

P.S. It's not a leveling issue. Slide was opened/closed on air, as always, when I got back to my RV garage and it has always closed flush there.

X2. I had this issue on my 2013, and that was the correct fix.

Be careful with how much pressure you put on it when closing, it only needs 2 cog movements or so.

Ok, I'm not sure I follow the two cogs. The video walked through erasing the soft limits and then fully opening and closing (doesn't specify how to do it only front or back) and then storing the new limits, all via the control board.

Is this the same procedure you are describing and if so, what is the careful part?

Unfortunately, that's related to the HWH hydraulic slide. I've found a lot on that, but far less on the ventana electric FWS.

We both learn something, thought all DP's now had HWH, two motor programming for Newmar slide systems.
This link is still in the other two links I gave you.

So, is it ok to only clear the retract soft limit, tap the retract button a couple times to get the rear flush and then save limit.

So:

Enter program mode
Skip step to clear extend limit (this seems good to me)
Clear retract limit.
Adjust rear of slide with b retract button to get flush
Save retract limit
Exit program mode

Also, where is the board on a 4369?

Soft limit reset didn't work. The rear won't move in any further than it is.

I had to do a full extend, and then it would retract further. This was doing the manual controls for the soft limit reset.

Also look for an obstruction that is mechanically preventing it from going in. There are 2 or 3 adjustment rods that will bottom out.

So, using the control board in program mode, you fully extended and then fully retracted it?

Yes. Setting the limit for each direction.

Ok, I guess I'll need to try that. Newmar said I should be able to skip the direction. Was hoping so, just so there was no chance I could damage to internal trim or anything on extend. Now that they have the built in mechanical stops, not sure it's possible to overextend without it amping out or something.

Do I need to have someone watching the inside or measure the outside (measure when open before going into program mode) and then extend manually.

Or, can I extend before putting it in progam mode and then start when it's extended by first setting the extend limit and then retracting with the control board? What steps did you follow?
