Ventana LE - No heated holding tanks?

I have been through Ventana LE brochure and build sheet and cannot find any mention of heated holding tanks as a feature or option.

Can anyone confirm if the heated holding tanks are or are not available on the LE?

I was told by a Newmar tech (via telephone) that there is a thermostat of sorts in the basement area that should it get cold enough (I think he said 40f) that it opens and air from the furnace will enter the tank(s) area. This was in reference to our model, a 2015 Ventana LE 3436 without the optional Oasis system, just the standard propane furnace.

What you are referring to is separate from the Heat Pads for the holding tank. We have the heat pads for the holding tanks but on our MSRP sheet it was listed as an option. Look for a switch in your bathroom, near the light switches and it will say "heat pad" or something similar.

It was an option on our '15 VTDP (don't know if it was available on the VLDP). I just looked at the '17 Ventana brochures for both the VTDP and the VLDP. I didn't see tank heaters as an option either. Maybe Newmar dropped this as an option for '17.
