We are looking at purchasing a Ventana with the rear bath. Does anyone have one and can offer any feedback, good and bad?

Thanks for the replies

TOM: There are significant differences in the Ventana and Ventana LE coaches, both of which are available in 1 &1/2 bath floor plan. Which floorplan number are you considering?

Tom, We have a 2010 Ventana with 1 1/2 baths (not the LE) and find it really convenient for the two of us and also when we have guests aboard (they get their own bath). There is some loss of floor space for the living room area but you get a lot of storage in the rear bath.

We are looking at model 3962 which is the 40 foot model. The regular Ventana not the scaled back (LE) model. My wife just loves this floor plan. We have been talking about upgrading from our Mt. Aire gas for several years and this has been the first unit that has spoke to us when we walked thru one at the Tampa Supershow.
