RV's are notorious for this.
Actions I've taken with some success...
1) Between trips, apply baby powder to the rubber seals of the slide out.
2) When the opportunity presents itself, using a rag or other applicator, apply 303 Protector, (a good lubricant and protector for such things).
3) Sometimes, when it's especially bothersome, (I have a low tolerance for such things), I've had some success by finding a safe location to get out of traffic and stop long enough to extend the offending slide a few inches, leave it out a minute or two, and then pull it back in.
With periodic 303 treatment, our coach is actually pretty quiet right now. Good luck.
