W/W Pump blows wiper fuse

I have the 89 page PDF from Spartan for my '01 MADP 4095. Only shows the fuse block that contains the wiper fuse. I can only assume that the wiper power circuit feeds the washer pump as well. Evidently something is shorted to ground because pressing the washer button on the Smart Wheel immediately blows the wiper fuse. Can anybody tell me how the washer fluid system works and what components are located where? I just see a hose from the reservoir to the wiper blades. Is there a pump? Does it use a solenoid and air supply? Other than information from Spartan or Newmar, am I missing something here?

Connected to the air supply, that should be your air horn solinoid.
No reason for a w/w pump to be hooked to air.
Disconnect the wiring from the pump on the fluid resivoir, push the button , if the fuse still blows , problem is in the smart wheel or wiring, if it doesn't blow , 99% sure you need a pump.

End to the story...
While at Newmar, asked at the Parts Desk if they had the pump. Only had the reservoir with pump for around $49. Pump would take 9 days to order and cost around $29. The gal at the desk told me to try an auto parts store. Went to Auto Zone in Nappanee and they had the exact pump for $13.99 and it solved the problem.
