Washer/Dryer in Coach on Slide Question

Soooo, I was about to switch from ordering the 4369 when I saw the new 4327 floor plan. I love the new angled kitchen in the 4327; however, the washer and dryer is located in the coach on the full wall slide,. I'm about to finally order my coach tomorrow and I'm back to the 4369 as I had concerns about the noise and shaking on the slide with the washer/dryer located there. So before I make my final decision, I thought I would ask.

Thoughts, experience, any info at all regarding location of washer/dryer on full wall slide in the coach area would be most welcome.

Thanks.

Renee

I'm not worried about it. Bigger half bath, cupboards my wife can reach? I'm in... Why would there be noise and shaking? Maybe on a hunting road

Looked at the 4327 but didn't like the washer / dryer on the slide. My current set up is with the washer / dryer is in the rear. When the washer is on high spin, you can feel the vibration. On a slide, I would think it would be worse. But the real deal breaker was the smaller shower and pantry on the 4327.

Hi - We were interested as well until I noticed that the kitchen counter top was two pieces. One fixed and one on the slide with a gap between the two. Looked like a great place to spill stuff and feed the ants. It's a shame they didn't engineer a way to close that opening, If they put up some sort of lip or divider it would look strange and really chop up the surface.

I'm coming from a 4018 so the shower should be OK. I didn't mind what I had. Haven't seen this machine in person. The 4018 shook when the washer went into spin for about 10 seconds. If it shakes more for 10 seconds, so be it. The deal for me was that embarrassing half bath that is more like 1/8 bath. Found myself explaining how well it worked even though it was so Small to everyone I showed it to. For the entire time I owned the 4018 it was the ONE thing I said I would change if I could.

Tom (Ricci),
Since you've actually seen this, I'm really really hoping that the half bath is accessible with the slides in!!

"Renee"......I know we always laugh when the spin cycle starts in our DS 4018 as the whole coach shimmies. If it were in a small slide I would be concerned, but the full wall slide is a pretty heavy piece of the coach. I think the shear size will still cause coach shimmy, but not damage to the slide.

It wasn't a Newmar bit our last coach had it in the full wall slide and haven't noticed any thing different in this new one, which has the wash/dryer in the rear bath...Chuck
