Water dripping

Found this while at a rest stop. Any thoughts on where it might be coming from? Seems to be water. Click image for larger version

If you're accessing iRV2 via a mobile device app, you don't get signature lines. Bummer. There is a workaround, though. If you click on the poster's name, up comes the user's identifying information that would normally be in a signature line - if the user entered it.

Was there water on the ground? Looks like dried up sealant of some kind.

I was driving on dry roads and it dried up while parked and then came back while driving today. Did drive through heavy rain over weekend. Could it have accumulated in side the chassis floor?

Is this the exhaust for your Oasis unit? If so, check hose connection on unit. Might open cabinet and check for leaks inside.

SAA but the signature doesn’t show on the mobile app.

The pipe and elbow have rust, there are water stains above the pipe threads, and there is a line of corrosion on the sheet metal behind the pipe where water is still accumulated. From that, it seems water has been hitting that area for quite a while. The pattern suggests a spray pattern coming from the lower right corner of the picture and towards the objects from the viewer’s perspective. I cannot see any evidence of water/liquid running down from above.

My guess would be water from the roadway causing the rust and corrosion with some remaining trapped in the lip of the sheet metal. The source of the water may even be within the chassis, as you suspect, and it drips down and is blown back onto this area when driving.

Not sure where this is on your coach. is it possible that you were running the dash air and the drain line from it is the source?

I can't say if it could be condensation or not since I don't know what temps you were running in when you first observed the water. Obviously it isn't from dash a/c since your Oasis exhaust is miles away from that.

I know on our model that pipe does sort of hang down there for water from the roadway to hit.

Just for peace of mind, I have a suggestion. I would manually raise your jacks only on the opposite side of the water drip and see if water drains out. You could then raise the front then the rear. That would let you know if there is water in your floor. If that pipe area is not sealed, it may only be a slight amount of water that found it's way into your floor, and that area just needs to be sealed. I know on some coaches the chassis rails were not adequately sealed, and water found its way in between the floor.
