I changed the hose on my coach recently. The "factory" hose had an MPT? Connector on reel side. I cut the non non compliant end of the new hose and fitted a 90 degree barbed to MPT nylon adapter into the hose. It all connected well and we have been using it for almost a year without issue.

I also installed a slightly larger diameter hose which probably did nothing for pressure and volume but it made me feel good!

I've got a VTDP 4315 on order (late June delivery), and I want to replace the factory hose on the automatic reel with a heated hose (we love to cold camp). I asked my dealer how long the hose is from the factory, and he said 25'. Is that right? I'd rather get a 50' heated hose rather than a 25', but not sure if it'll fit. Also, I've made a special request for a plug in the wet bay to power the heated hose. Any advice?
