Water pressure

We overnighted in a parking lot with no hookups. I noticed the water has a pulsing action while using the faucets. I do have the water pump turned on and I hear it running. Fresh water tank is 1/2 full. The pressure and flow are good. Is it normal for it to have a pulsing action?

The water will pulse until you run it at a high enough rate the the pump runs constantly. It's not really the water that's pulsing, it's the pump turning on and off trying to maintain pressure in the lines. So it's not an issue, just the way it works.
If you can't run enough water to make the pump run smoothly then there is likely a restriction in the faucet, first place to look is the screens in the faucet tip (the tip will unscrew). Those often plug with little bits of stuff and slow the water stream.

Make sure the valves from fresh water tank are fully opened, if coach was winterized valve may not be fully opened. Packing compartment may have accidentally hit valve handle.
You also have a screen filter on pump to check.

Pump has a pressure switch that turns pump ON and OFF

When demand is low pump reaches shutoff set point/turns off but then pressure drops to start set point/turns on.....this happens quickly so pump cycles and water pulsates

Could be because faucet flow is low

Could be due to clogged aerator
Could be due to flow restrictor

Couple of things can be done to help with pulsating

*Add an 'accumulator tank' on pump discharge/cold water system line
Small 2 gallon ones work fine
*Clean faucet aerators routinely
*Remove flow restrictors in aerators (small disc with hole in center)
**Shower has them also.....either in handle or hose (some need to be drilled out 1/4" bit)
*Increase pump pressure set point......depending on model might need to adjust 'bypass' setting also
