Ken is spot on. I always turn off the water if I leave for any length of time, even in my RV building.

Hi Dale - any chance you remember the model of Watts Regulator. I've been on the web and there are a number of models so I'm confused (more so than normally as my DW is wont to point out!).

The last picture in my photo section posts usually has the parts list, prices and instructions. But, it is a Watts Pressure Regulator (no gauge) from Home Depot/Lowe's for about $20.
