Way too many keys

Hi all,we have a brand-new 2015 Canyon star and was wondering if anybody has changed the locks to minimize it to two or three keys having six or eight keys seems a little ridiculous to me.

OTOH, you could have the infamous 751 locks that all accept the same key, regardless of mfgr.

Just laziness on the part of the manufacturer. No reason to have more than three or four including the ignition key.

I have only three keys that are used most times the compartment key, main door lock key and the ignition key, do have others like drivers door and a second set of keys on another ring.

That's why there is TriMark key system. One key for all locks, one for dead bolt and ignition key.

I carry one key (ignition) with FOB; all other keys in RV safe for the exception of second set of keys kept in a secure second location. Bottom line: I very rarly even carry a key due to the keyless entry. While out RV'ing I carry no keys period.
