Well, that just happened.

Put down a deposit on a 2019 Bay Star 3401 here at Hershey. Definitely did NOT plan on doing it but got an offer (including the 26K chassis) that was well under the best quotes I'd gotten for lesser equipped 3401s. Not sure about RV One/Albany RV as a dealer but I did like that I can get service at any of their locations.

So around May or so, expect a slew of "How do I do X" threads. 😂

Hate when that happens! Congrats. That's going to be tough waiting until May.

Congrats! That is a problem when going to a show. I usually get all lathered up about a new coach, but so far have been able to suppress it.

I was pretty settled on getting the 3401, my goal at Hershey was just to see some of the furniture options, interior options/wood/colors (which I still haven't settled on) and such. I think I caused a lot of confusion with the 26K chassis request. But when they came back with a number and all of my special requests, it was impossible to say "I'm gonna wait".

Congrats! Wow, May... we want to order a 3719. We were going to visit Hershey knowing they had one there, but just had knee surgery and wasn’t ready for trip. Will need to move up our time line if there is an 8 month wait to build!

Congrats on the new coach!
We were actually at the Hershey show and for the first time saw a 2019 Ventana with Lagoon interior and Newport wood. Might not be that special to most of you reading this, however, we have a Ventana with Lagoon interior and Newport wood that should be here in a week or two. Kind of nice to see that we made the right choice for us. Looking at small pieces of wood and fabric made it somewhat of a guessing game, since there were no new 2019 Lagoon Ventana's with this wood and 2019 Lagoon is totally different that 2018 Lagoon for some reason.

Not sure if it's that long, but that's when I want to get it. I want to build up a couple of weeks of leave so when I go get it, I can do a shakedown cruise and maybe get my solar installed.

Was just talking to Jake at the show and he mentioned there was some flexibility in build dates. We are having him price out the coach for a delivery in April, so we will see. You make have pushed us over the edge\

We followed your lead, put a deposit down and ordered our coach. Timing and price met expectations so like you we felt we reached purchase point. Thanks for documenting your purchase, helped focus us in on ours.

I am still sweating the interior color choices. LOL I went Whitecap for the exterior, Eldorado for the interior, with Astoria wood and flooring. LOL
